1. Description of the Service
The Service is a business management platform provided by Ving Thailand that enables merchants operating on TikTok Shop and other e-commerce channels to synchronise product listings, orders, inventory, fulfilment status, customer information, and related business data with the Company’s enterprise resource planning (“ERP”), accounting, and operational systems. The Service connects to TikTok Shop through official TikTok application programming interfaces (“APIs”) and performs data import, export, and automation on behalf of the authorised seller account.
The Service is intended for legitimate commercial use by authorised sellers, their employees, and their designated operators. The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, consumers making retail purchases.
Insert text styles like headers, bold, italic, lists, and fonts with a simple WYSIWYG editor. Flexible and easy to use, it lets you design and format documents in real time. No coding knowledge is needed, making content creation straightforward and enjoyable for everyone.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use the Service, you represent and warrant that (a) you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (b) you have full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent; (c) you own or have been lawfully authorised to operate the TikTok Shop seller account that you connect to the Service; and (d) your use of the Service will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms and policies of TikTok and TikTok Shop.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Authorisation to Access TikTok Shop Data
When you authorise the Service to connect to your TikTok Shop seller account, you grant Ving Thailand permission to access, retrieve, store, process, transmit, and update data associated with that account solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This may include, without limitation, product data, order data, shipment data, return data, inventory levels, financial settlements, and seller profile information.
You acknowledge and agree that (a) the Company accesses TikTok Shop data strictly through official TikTok APIs and in compliance with TikTok’s developer agreements and platform policies; (b) you may revoke this authorisation at any time through the TikTok Shop Seller Centre or by contacting us; and (c) revocation of authorisation will suspend functionality of the Service that depends on such access.

4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and agree not to permit any third party to:
(a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purpose; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; (c) interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its servers, networks, or any connected systems, including TikTok Shop systems; (d) use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, spam, or any malicious or infringing content; (e) resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent; (f) use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data in violation of TikTok’s policies or applicable data-protection laws; (g) misrepresent the functionality of the Service to end users or to TikTok; (h) circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions of the Service or of TikTok’s APIs.
Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access to the Service and may be reported to TikTok and to competent authorities.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, source code, documentation, trademarks, service marks, logos, designs, and other materials (collectively, the “Company IP”), are and shall remain the exclusive property of Ving Thailand and its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Service solely for its intended business purpose.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Company IP to you. TikTok and the TikTok Shop logo are trademarks of their respective owners; the Company’s use of such marks is solely to identify integration points and does not imply endorsement by TikTok.
6. User Content and Data
You retain all rights to the data, content, and information that you or your TikTok Shop account provide to or make accessible through the Service (“User Data”). You grant Ving Thailand a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce, modify, transmit, and process User Data solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to fulfil our obligations to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of User Data and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and consents to submit User Data to the Service.
